Refund Policy

Introduction

ETUDESUPS Agency is dedicated to assisting students in their pursuit of scholarships for study in China. We charge a non-refundable service fee of $500 to ensure that only serious applications are processed. This fee is essential to support the high-quality services we provide and may be subject to change under certain conditions.

Refund Policy

ETUDESUPS Agency maintains a strict no-refund policy across all scholarship application services. This policy applies to university scholarships, city government scholarships, province government scholarships, and Chinese government scholarships. Applicants are encouraged to proceed with their applications only if they are certain of their intent and eligibility.

Exceptional Refund Circumstances

Notwithstanding the above, ETUDESUPS Agency acknowledges that errors may occur on our part. In such rare instances where ETUDESUPS is responsible for a mistake—such as submitting documents to an incorrect university or for the wrong major—a partial refund of the service fee will be issued to the affected applicant.

  • If an applicant decides not to continue with the school or program selected by ETUDESUPS Agency, a refund of 30% of the service fee will be granted.
  • If an applicant chooses to continue with the program( non scholarship program ), a refund of 20% of the service fee will be provided.
  • If an applicant receives a partial scholarship and decides to continue with the program, a refund of 15% of the service fee will be issued.
  • In the event an applicant is awarded a full scholarship, a refund of 10% of the service fee will be offered.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following scenarios will render the service fee non-refundable:

  • Submission of fraudulent documents or misinformation.
  • Inability to provide the necessary documentation within the stipulated deadlines.
  • Rejection of a scholarship offer post acceptance by a university.

Effective Date and Legal Responsibility

This policy is effective immediately and will be enforced by ETUDESUPS Agency. We accept all legal responsibilities associated with the enforcement of this policy.
