Your data is securely stored using Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. Analytics cookies help us understand how our platform is used so we can improve the experience. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
When you contact EtudeSups through WhatsApp, your phone number, profile name, messages, and information you choose to share may be processed by Meta, our Supabase infrastructure, and OpenAI so that we can provide bilingual support, prepare replies, and route your request to an advisor.
Our assistant identifies itself as an automated system and does not make admission, scholarship, or visa decisions. You can request a human advisor at any time. Do not send passports, bank statements, medical records, card numbers, or other sensitive documents through WhatsApp; use only the secure portal provided by an advisor.
Minimized WhatsApp technical events are scheduled for deletion after 90 days and inactive conversations after 365 days, unless a legal or security need requires longer retention. After an opt-out, we may retain a minimal identifier and phone number so we can continue to honor that choice.
The assistant may provide a preliminary profile assessment and general information. Its responses may be reviewed by our team. No automated response is an official decision or a guarantee of admission, funding, or a visa. Sensitive matters, payments, refunds, existing applications, and complex requests are transferred to an advisor.
We may share necessary information with partner universities and scholarship bodies as part of your application process. We also use Supabase for storage and authentication, Vercel for hosting and performance measurement, Meta for WhatsApp communications, OpenAI for automated assistance, and Resend for selected emails. These providers process data required for their function and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through your student portal or by contacting us. You may also request a copy of all data we hold about you.
