Partnership models

Choose a structure that fits your students

We define responsibilities before work begins, so students know who supports each step and partner teams know what to expect.

01

Student referral partner

Introduce students who have requested support for studying in China. EtudeSups handles the agreed advising or application scope and shares appropriate updates with your team when the student has consented.

Best suited to

Agencies and counsellors that identify qualified prospective students.

02

Application support partner

Coordinate selected parts of a student’s application journey with a clear division of responsibilities, required documents, deadlines and communication checkpoints.

Best suited to

Teams that already advise students but need China-focused application support.

03

School & institutional partner

Create a recurring pathway for a school, training centre or education organisation to help cohorts explore suitable study options in China.

Best suited to

Institutions planning information sessions, cohorts or long-term collaboration.

Why collaborate

A clear, student-first working relationship

China-focused guidance

Coordinate around university options, scholarship pathways, CSCA readiness, applications and student arrival planning.

English & French support

Communicate with EtudeSups and provide students with guidance in either English or French.

Defined coordination

Agree responsibilities, checkpoints and escalation paths before supporting referred students.

Responsible representation

Use accurate information, transparent expectations and student consent throughout the collaboration.

Partner onboarding

From introduction to a controlled first rollout

There is no automatic approval. We review each prospective partner and document the working arrangement before students are referred.

  1. Introduce your organisation

Tell us where you operate, who you support, the size of your team and the partnership model you are considering.

  2. Complete a partner review

We may verify business details, relevant experience, marketing practices, references and the services offered to students.

  3. Agree the workflow

Document roles, student consent, data handling, communications, fees and any commercial terms that apply.

  4. Start with a clear scope

Begin with agreed candidates or a defined cohort, then review the process together before expanding it.

Ethical standards

Trust depends on what we promise — and what we do not

Partner organisations are expected to protect students and represent the application process accurately.

  • Never guarantee university admission, a scholarship or a visa.
  • Publish accurate information and clearly disclose each organisation’s role.
  • Obtain student consent and share only the information needed for the agreed service.
  • Explain student-facing fees and any partner relationship transparently.
  • Never fabricate, alter or conceal academic, financial or identity documents.

Partner FAQ

Questions before you contact us

01Who can become an EtudeSups partner?

Education agencies, schools, training centres, universities, independent counsellors and community education organisations may enquire. Every prospective partner is reviewed, and submitting an enquiry does not create a partnership.

02Is there a fee to become a partner?

Partnership costs and any commercial terms depend on the proposed scope. They are discussed after review and recorded in writing before work begins; this page does not create any fee or payment obligation.

03Do you offer referral commissions?

Any referral or commercial arrangement is considered case by case and applies only when it is included in a written agreement. EtudeSups does not promise a commission in exchange for submitting an enquiry.

04Can partners refer scholarship applicants?

Yes, partners may introduce students interested in scholarships or university admission. Each student’s eligibility and supporting evidence must be assessed, and no scholarship or admission outcome is guaranteed.

05How is student information handled?

Students should know which organisations are involved and consent before their information is shared. Partners should exchange only the data required for the agreed service and use secure channels appropriate to the information.

06How long does partner approval take?

There is no fixed approval time. The review depends on the organisation, proposed scope and availability of verification information. We will explain the next steps after receiving your introduction.
